We are so sorry for your loss. It is good to know that your dad had his loving family around him in his last hours. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers-

To the family of Al:
I am so sorry to hear your recent loss of Al. He was a wonderful man to work with while I took care of him in the assisted living department. I used to sit there and just listen to his stories about the farm and his trackters. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy is with you at this difficult time.

Thanks dad for everything that you taught me as I was growing up. I didn’t know it then, but you taught me more about having a strong work ethic than any textbook could. I never told you this, but I learned so much from you by just watching you work. I realized this when I was living on my own and had to fix the lawn mower when it wouldn’t start or the garage door when it would get stuck. I also learned the love of the land. I really love to “dig in the dirt”. In spring I can’t wait to get into the garden and start tilling the soil, planting the seeds and then watching the plants grow. You taught me this without saying a word. I love you for that. I will miss you now that you are not with us, but know that you will always have a special place in my heart. I know that you are at peace now and Mom and Gary are with you. I know that you will make a great guardian angel!
