A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Yvonne F. Lambrecht, age 77 of Sartell who passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Country Manor Nursing Home in Sartell.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday and after 12 Noon on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. A prayer service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
Yvonne was born on December 23, 1936 in Isanti, to Roy and Fern (Peterson) Hiljus. She married Gerald G. “Jerry” Lambrecht on April 11, 1959, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Anoka. Yvonne and Jerry were employed by the Minneapolis Star-Tribune delivering papers to merchants, vending machines, and carriers. Yvonne was a loving grandma, providing daycare for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Yvonne got along with everyone; she loved music, cooking, plants, and animals.
Survivors include: children, Steve (Kathy) of Richmond, Robin (Steve) Williams of St. Cloud, Peggy (Bob Stangland) Harms of Dawson, Laurie (James) Halupczok of St. Cloud, Barbara (Mark) Spoden of St. Cloud and Jackie (Curt) Westerhoff of Sartell; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brothers Raymond, Roger, and Gerald Hiljus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Maryann Biggins, brothers Duane, Richard, Donald, and Dean Hiljus.
The Lambrecht Family would like to especially thank the staff at Country Manor and the staff of the St. Cloud Hospital for their excellent care.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.

Grandma no words can describe the void we all felt when the call came through ,but we all know grandpa was waiting when you walked through the door you will always be with us until we travel your path and join you again. We all love you!
