Theresa A. Kaeter

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Theresa A. Kaeter, age 84, of St. Cloud. Theresa passed away peacefully on March 21 at Quiet Oaks Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family. Entombment will take place in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Cloud.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 23 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will be at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
Theresa was born October 31, 1932 in St. Cloud to Martin and Lucille (Nathe) Kampa. She married Vernon Kaeter on July 2, 1953 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in St. Cloud. She will be remembered as a very loving mother (which included three sets of twins), grandmother and great grandmother “GiGi” and was an avid story teller. She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and a member of the Christian Women in the various parishes she belonged.
Theresa is survived by her children Kathy (Jerome) Schueler of Holdingford, Randy (Deb) of Foreston, Debbie (LeRoy) Lashinski of Avon, Judy (Robert) Hartung of Freeport, Rodney (Barb) of Rice, Kevin (Ann) of Alexandria, Keith of Holdingford, Shelly (John) Heard of Aiken, SC, Dean (Amber) of Avon, and Darrell (Jenny) of Avon; 31 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; as well as many extended relatives and friends.
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents, husband Vernon (2012), son John (2013), infant children Mary and Thomas, and brothers and sisters Rocky, Lorraine, Leo, Phyllis, Martin Jr., and Lucille.
