It was a privilege to work with Richard back in the old days at Metal Masters and watching him start up his own business. I learned a lot from him personally and admired his work which could have been accurately called "Very Precision Gear". A truly good man.

Dick was a big factor in my life. Heck of a good guy. I have his old C&NW switchman's lantern and I got his name enscribed on it with the dates he worked for them.

Dick was the best neighbor we could have asked for in every sense of the way. Always so friendly, watched out for when we forgot the garage door, left the lights on lights, or had packages delivered. Made us fee incredibly welcome- we miss him so much and are sending all our love to his beloved family.
