November 22, 1969 – February 23, 2015
A Memorial Mass celebrating the life of Jeffrey D. Schreder, age 45, of St. Cloud will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Christ Church Newman Center in St. Cloud. Jeff passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015. Reverend Gregory Lieser will officiate. Placement of the urn will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Daniel Funeral home in St. Cloud and after 9:30 a.m. on Monday at the church. Arrangements are with the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Jeff was born on November 22, 1969 in St. Cloud to David and Sharon (Orth) Schreder. He graduated from St. Cloud Technical High School in 1988. Jeff attended the St. Cloud Technical College for sales and management. He was employed as a meat cutter for many years. He married Lisa Strege on July 11, 1992; two wonderful children were born to this union. They were later divorced.
Jeff was an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting and fishing. He treasured all the time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Kayla and Nate; parents, Dave and Sharon; siblings, Brian (Cynthia), Tim (Leah), Katy (Kyle) Pinkman; grandmothers, Gloria Schreder, and Elaine Orth; nieces and nephews, Grace, Lily, Isaiah, Edie, and Ella all of St. Cloud.
Jeff was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edwin Schreder, and Francis “Otto” Orth; and uncle, Louie Orth.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of Flowers.

Dave and Sharon, my heart sank when I heard the news of Jeff’s death. I truly enjoyed him as a person and his friendship after TC are memories I will not forget. He was a good man. His depth of kindness and eagerness to be pleasing always impressed me. Please pass on to his children that I am sorry. I know Jeff loved them very much, and would cry as he talked to me about how badly he wanted to be a better dad. God is near you. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
