Ervin L. Stute

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 15, at Rejoice Lutheran Church in Clearwater, for Ervin L. Stute, 75, of Clearwater, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family August 10, 2015. Burial will be in Acacia Cemetery, Clearwater. The Reverend Laurie Weis will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM on Saturday at Rejoice Lutheran Church. Arrangements are with the Daniel Funeral Home, Clearwater.
Erv was born on February 19, 1940, in Mercer, ND, to John and Clara (Boschee) Stute. He married Dianne Esterby on December 8, 1960, in Minot ND. Erv was a resident of Clearwater since 2003, and previously resided in Shoreview, Blaine, and Fergus Falls. Erv enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and farming. He enjoyed everything outdoors.
Erv is survived by: wife Dianne of Clearwater; children, Mitchell (Anita) of New Brighton, Todd (Shauna) of California, Rebecca Stute of Annandale; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters Ella Moore and Phoebe Haugeberg.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The Stute Family is very thankful for the prayers, love, and support shown during Erv’s illness.
