I will always remember Christmas at grandmas house and singing her favorite carols. She will be missed.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 23 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Eleanor C. Bauer, age 83, of St. Cloud. Eleanor passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19 at her home. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.
Relatives and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will be held at 6 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
Eleanor was born September 27, 1931 in St. Cloud to Anthony and Clara (Bukowski) Kloskowski. She married Lester Bauer on February 20, 1952 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 428 and St. Anthony’s Parish.
Eleanor is survived by her children Joyce (Claude) Duke of Oakdale, Susan Moore of Rice, Mary Bauer of St. Cloud, Mark (Janice) Bauer of Becker and Sharon (Mark) Sworski of St. Cloud, 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sister Lorraine (Kenneth) Zierden of Sauk Rapids, many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Lester (2004), grandson Tony Moore (2004), brothers Richard and David Kloskowski and sister Dorothy McCall.

She was a wonderful “Great Aunt” I remember her little dog when I was a kid and loved to play with it and I also enjoyed her great conversations about life in general especially when she was right about it! Now her and Lester can now argue in heaven. My prayers go out to all of the children May god bless you at this difficult time.
