Dori was our cleaning lady for many years. She was always so kind to me. I have a chronic illness and was home from school a lot and Dori would always watch over me like a mom on the days she would come & clean. She was like our version of “Alice” from the Brady Bunch. She was always smiling and cheerful and I know that our family will never forget her. We still say, even now as adults, she was our best, favorite cleaning lady! She was such a special person and touched more people’s lives than she probably ever knew. RIP Dori!

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church, Jacobs Prairie for Delores J. Tritz, age 79 of Jacobs Prairie who passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the St. Cloud Hospital of Pancreatic Cancer. Reverend Julius Beckermann, OSB will officiate. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
Family and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the church. Arrangements were made by the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.
Delores was born May 19, 1936 in Graceville, Minnesota to Bernard and Norma (Kenyon) Paulsen. She married James J. Tritz on September 29, 1956 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Graceville. Delores was a member of St. James Parish.
Delores had a passion for the outdoors, fishing, hunting, feeding birds and gardening, especially flowers.
Delores is survived by her children, Carol (Mark) Kellner of Clearwater, Patrick (Rozann) of Darwin; four grandchildren, Katie, Zachary and Ryan Kellner and Megan Tritz; brother, Kenneth of Sun City, Arizona; two sisters, Kathleen Harvey of Champlin and Sherri Petron of Sauk Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James in 2001; son, Michael in 1983; daughter, Debbie in 2008; and sister, Janice Paggen in 2012.
