Since I had an office for many years at the Labor Home I saw just how hard Colleen selflessly worked representing the members of the IAM. Thoughts and prayers to her family. She will be sorely missed by the Labor Movement.

I am a labor attorney that represents employers. I had the opportunity and pleasure to negotiate across the bargaining table from Colleen. We had an excellent working relationship and I always enjoyed working with her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

My thoughts are with Colleen’s family. It is a painful thing to lose someone very precious, yet no one else can really know all that you feel except our Heavenly Father. He knows and feels your pain. He calls death an enemy and promises to remove it forever, Isaiah 25:8 “And he will swallow up death forever…” He also promised to wake up all our loved ones, in the memorial tombs, from death (Isaiah 26:19). What joy it will be to see our loved ones again and to enjoy life as our Creatort purposed (Psalms 145:16). I  hope these words give all of you comfort.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We were so lucky to live next door to Colleen and become friends with her. I always appreciated her spunky, kick butt attitude and her fierce loyalty to those she loved. She will be so missed.
