Carol E. Reischl

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Joseph, MN for Carol Elizabeth Reischl age 78 of Holdingford. She died on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Southview Acres Health Center in West St. Paul, MN. The Reverend Jerome Tupa, OSB will officiate. Burial will be in the Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery at Little Falls, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday.

She was born on March 7, 1939, the daughter of Joseph and Pauline (Lauermann) Reischl in St. Joseph, MN. She grew up in St. Joseph, MN and attended school there through the 8th grade. Carol then moved to St. Paul, MN where she worked as a nanny until 1961 then moved to Prior Lake, MN where she was also a nanny. In 1976 she moved to Holdingford, MN and worked in St. Cloud at Fingerhut until 2001 when she retired. On February 18, 2000, when married Titus A. (Sharky) Kuklok. She continued to live in Holdingford even after Sharky died on August 25, 2004. In April of 2016, Carol moved to the Twin Cities area to be closer to her daughter Sharyl.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her brother’s and sister’s, Renee Midas, Marcy Pfannenstein, Jeanette Johannes, Esther Reischl, Marion Wasner, Sylvester “Sonny” Reischl, and Richard Reischl.

She is survived by, her daughter, Sharyl Miller of Inver Groves Heights, MN, three grandchildren, Danielle Miller, Samantha Miller, and Stephen Miller, her brothers and sister, Arthur Reischl of Sartell, James Reischl of St. Cloud, Edmund (Mary Lou) Reischl of Eden Valley, MN, and JoAnn (Robert) Schleper of Sartell, MN, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
